I checked 2007 return and it has only 100K asset. I am not sure we accumulated 350K since then. I think you got confused with revenue vs. cash on hand / asset.

I understand but i already sent our media drive to 50 different media , i aleady sent multiple faxes , i already sent many many emails but please advise me what more should i do to convince IV core that issues i have mentioned also effect many who are already IV members , i am requesting you to see Text of Webfax is added acoordingly ?

Please realize that HR 5882 is the only hope for now. I had mentioned in my previous posts that EB 2 I/C will retrogress in Oct (many said i was just saying this because i was EB3). This is not the time to be complacent or hope that USCIS will start dishing out visas and clear the backlogs. Help in working towards getting something done with the bills, the window of opportunity is very short.

Does anyone know the answer wheather they are proceding our DS230 till 17 of August, or next summer we should submit DS230 one more time, and this will last forever???
My attorney is just useless, maybe your lawers have information about it...

guys i think USCIS is not interested in giving EB 3 guys GC...
as mostly EB 3 guys r ppl with Bachelors (and less than 5 yrs exp) or who are stuck with EB3 due to there company (like me)...
EB 2 guys r mostly with ppl having masters degree from US...so i guess they will definetly get more preference than eb3...
I guess US wants to raise there economy by giving GCs...so that ppl more ppl will buy houses....
I hope something happens for EB3 also...but I guess in Oct bulletin PD for EB3 will b some month in 2001....

As latest Visa bulleting states - DOS people had predicted and planned - They will move EB3 dates forward to cover all June applicants - that means moving cut-off dates for EB3 - India to Jun 2003 as per Jun 2007 bulletin. For some reason - they see heavey demand now and it may not be the case in next bulletin. Still they beleive its diffcult to predict any dates for EB3 before mid Sept. They are working and intention are there to help EB3 applicants. That leads to make me believe that dates for EB3 - India would move to somewhere Nov-Dec 2002 to Jan-Feb 2003 in next bulletin.

Came here in 98. Applied in 2003. Waiting ever since. Had enough of this BS. I was ok until they started screwing around with EAD's and AP's this year. Recently, got a a couple of offers in India ranging from 30 - 45 lac / yr. Thinking of going back. Its not worth waiting in this line anymore.

how come are you working in a university that's giving admissions to such a bunch of crappy folks...!!?? Given this fact, can we also safely assume that the university you are teaching-in is a Crappy one, which could only attract the bottom pile from your above list of crappy-universities??

Univs have to admit whatever is available. Some crappy students (foriegn + American) have to be admitted. Some state schools have very low requirements for in-state students. There is no choice.
Further, these students have to graduate. Once again, there is no choice.
For most departments, faculty quality is independent of student quality.

Not true. Anybody donates will get Donor status. This is started for last few days, so people who donated in last few days get this. Pappu mentioned that he is planning to cross reference this with old donations but not sure whats happening there.

Did any of you get the same letter with the same content below .........what baffles me is the last sentence that says "The application will be reopened and the processing continued. Once the processing is completed, you will receive a notice under separate cover."
Your help is really appreciated in this.........Sorry I am little bit pessimistic here......

Common people. We desperately need atleast THIS campaign to be a success. I mean as a team the IV core CANNOT ask for an amount lesser than $5.00.

If you are stuck at Atlanta PERM backlog center , please email your case number and explain them that your application has been pending for a LONG time and request them to help us get out of this grave situation. Also, please post on this thread after you have sent an email so that others can be motivated to do the same. We need to send as many emails as possible to get any positive feedback. I know that DOL mentioned that they will start processing our applications soon, but we need to keep up the pressure from our end so that it has some positive effect.
I know most of the people on this forum are not in this situation ..... but let's see how many can come out of this selfishness and help others by emailing / phoning DOL Atlanta to help other brothers who want to file AOS just like them......
