My job title changed from programmer anaylst to technology and system anayst. This was an internal change in my company where they re classified everyone. My job duties remain exactly the same. My employer is also willing to write my job title as the old one on the employer verification letter.

However there is a slight problem. My recent pay stubs show my new job title. Nowhere else the old job title is mentioned..


will this be a problem?

Should I put my new job title as the one in 485 application even though my 140 and perm labor had my old title?

Please suggest

I was on H1B until Feb 2009 and I applied for COS to H4 in Feb 2009. USCIS has received my COS application, and it is still pending with USCIS for 2 months now.

1. Can a new employer apply for a new cap-exempt H1B for me (technically a transfer, as I was on H1B for 2 years before)?
2. In that case, do I need to submit paystubs and W2s from when I last held H1B status?

Since the priority dates advanced during the month of June, has anyone received approvals on their 485.

PD: Sep 2001.
485 filed: Feb 2004.
Category: EB3

Hi,
Right now NSC shows that the processing dates are "August 10, 2007". What does this mean? Does it mean that

a)All apps with notice dates before Aug 10, 2007 are processed?
b)All apps with receipt dates before Aug 10, 2007 are processed?
c)All apps with notice dates after Aug 10, 2007 are being processed?
d)All apps with receipt dates after Aug 10, 2007 are being processed?

My 485 application has a receipt date of July 19, 2007 and notice date of Sept 18, 2007. Any insight into the dates???

Hi I'm a Moroccan citizen I was placed in removal proceedings (NY Buffalo) and took voluntary departure. once my wife's divorce was finalized we got married while on voluntary departure. we filed motion to reopen the case and it was reopened and transferred to Los Angeles, CA then the judge closed my case based on marriage with an I130 receipt without prejudice. The I130 was filed on june 2009 and was transferred to Los Angeles on November 12, 2009. I made an appointment with Info Pass but they just said you have to wait untill we call you. My lawyer said I can't file for the I485 untill the I130 is approved. My question is: How long will it take before we will be called for an interview?
An estimation will be much appreciated thank you very much.

Can someone comment on how the recent trend has been for a PERM application that was applied under EB2 for a Software Developer position?

My employer is planning to apply one for myself and was wondering if it's a good time to do so?

I've heard that DOL is blatantly denying a large % of applications that are in the audit queue. Is this true? :(

Hi,

ur wife's parents can write an affidavit stating the petname alias realname.For instance if her petname is "rani" and true name "swathi".They can write an affidavit mentioning that" rani alias swathi "is my daughter in the affidavit and get it notarised from any lawyer in india.The sample format can be obtained from ur attorney.

Okay anyways, here is my entry. I drew this from a picture that was taken of me (left obviously) and my cousin in Disney World last June.

I'll scan it once I get my printer/scanner/cappuccino-maker all set up (just moved into a new place). I'll also scan the original photo so you can compare.

Anyways, I thought it turned out well, although I kind of look like a zombie and all my fingers look sort of broken. :lol:

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

Hi Ramya,

You can walk out of Wipro paying them nothing,

Have you signed any document or bond which is valid here in United states, then you might have to consult the lawyer otherwise if it is very staight froward case,

One sided bonds not going to last long in court,
