We have several bills that are being discussed to provide releif for all of us stuck in the Green Card process. We have very few dedicated volunteers working very hard and knocking the doors of representatives across the country seeking support for our bills. We need to lobby hard to get releif for all of us in this election year and lobbying is not cheap. We need dollars to keep up our lobbying efforts. We need help with raising dollars that are needed to keep working for our cause. We do not have Star Players and/or Star Athletes raising funds to support our cause. We need to do it ourselves. We all need to come together as a dedicated team with a mission to raise the targeted dollar amount. Can we do it?. Can we all step up and raise the dollars we need for our cause?.

If you do not mind, have you donated to IV?
It is not a big deal dude...if not for this immigration system, we could be making even more..think about $80-$100/hr if you are an independent contractor. This a minimum for a decent contract with vendor directly.
And if you have ~100-200K for investments, with some experience and any luck..you could be making another 100K out of it from trading and active investing in other areas. That comes to ~250-300K minimum. There are no bounds when life is free and in this great country. Unfortunately, things have turned discriminative and our potentials are being restricted(atleast for non-EAD guys) and you have to be prepared for getting outright kicked out of this country.

Pushing too much requests into amendends means to get more risks to be removed /denied. Please satisfiy with 1/2 what you are dreaming of. Moreover, IV core group is too much busy with the existing goals (Existing goal = file 485 despite the "current date" , h4 wifes get EAD ...). IV core group need energy for the more realistic goal.

Another soft LUD on the 485 on 11/26.
This is the 3rd soft LUD on the 485 (11/24, 11/25, 11/26) post sending AC21 and G28N documentation.
485 status still says Case received and Pending.
I hope this isn't followed by a denial, I have to travel outside the country in 2 weeks and it would be nice to not have to worry about this.

How come observations made over years on 100's to 1000's of students are "unsubstantiated"? Of course you may want not to believe me; that is your prerogative, and so is writing my own experience mine.
raysaikat - You must be kidding by trying to prove that you have taught 1000s of Anna/Osmania University students & number of them are bad as you described. You started in 100s & are now talking about thousands and I am sure if this argument continues you would go to even higher numbers just for the heck of proving your point. After all, its a matter of pressing few keys on your keyboard....but what credibility does it has when there is no way to validate??
May be, as "NKR" pointed out, you have some bad impression about the Univs in certain region of India - looking at the list you provided!! Otherwise - Anna university is considered to be a top rated institute in south india esp., TN state. Osmania is also a very decent one (esp in Engg/comp sc). Both these universities are very famous for their ability to attract a lot of recruiters (All top indian companies + many MNCs as well). And here on this board, you just rule those out with a single word - Crappy!!
Don't just generalize things as you want based on the data that comes to your mind. By doing so, you are not only slinging mud at some decent univs but are also hurting a lot of people!!
